Free Cancellation Terms
Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival. As a result, this timeframe offers greater flexibility when organizing travel arrangements.
However, cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival will incur a charge equal to 100% of the total reservation amount. Likewise, the same charge applies in the event of a no-show.
Late Cancellation & No-Show Conditions
Should a cancellation occur after the free cancellation period, the full reservation value remains payable. For this reason, we strongly recommend reviewing your travel plans before the applicable deadline.
In addition, travel insurance providers may offer coverage for unexpected circumstances. Consequently, guests may wish to explore available insurance options before confirming their reservation.

Reservation Changes
Whenever availability permits, we gladly assist with date modifications. Nevertheless, rate differences may apply depending on the selected period and accommodation type.

Refund Procedure
Where a refund applies, we process the amount through the original payment method. Subsequently, banks or payment providers may require 7–14 business days to complete the transaction.
